In 2000, he co-founded ByDesign Technologies with the vision that innovative and stable technology, coupled with great support, could create tremendous opportunities for the direct selling industry. Jeff was the founding programmer of the Freedom platform, launching the first web-based software for our industry. More than $6 billion in orders have been processed by Freedom. Over the past 18 years, Jeff has continued to create first-to-market solutions that simplify the many complexities behind party plan and direct sales business models.

Daryl began his career at ByDesign Technologies as the Director of Technology. His strong work ethic and passion for continuous self-development led to increasing levels of responsibility and a promotion into the role of Vice-President of Applications and Platforms. His strategic leadership, innovation and energetic contributions led to his appointment as President in 2015 and CEO in 2018. During his tenure over the past decade, Daryl has been integral to the accelerated company growth along with our international expansion. Daryl became passionate about the Direct Sales industry while working for a start-up and scaling that company from $0 to $70 million using the Freedom Platform.

Jerry began his career as a distributor, and gained tremendous success building one of the fastest organizations in the history of his company. Inspired by the experience of “doing well by doing good”, he launched his own direct marketing and discovered his true passion for service. With a deep understanding of the tools that were needed on both the distributor and corporate side, Jerry was recruited to the software side of our business. His search for true innovation led him to ByDesign Technologies more than 13 years ago and continues to drive our technology roadmap.

In 1996, he made a shift to the technology side of the industry where he worked with hundreds of startup companies and supported them through every step of their growth, including many who hit momentum and experienced intense hyper growth. In addition, Bob has been instrumental in the growth of several direct sales companies as a top executive. He has been actively involved in the Direct Selling Association as a speaker and committee member. Bob is passionate about helping companies achieve success.
