    The goal of a successful compensation plan is to align the ideal incentives that will drive the behaviors and actions of affiliates and reps in the highest leverage areas. The Accelerate Compensation Plan has been carefully crafted to drive motivation in three areas:

    Personal Sales & Productivity

    Driving a combination of immediate/flat rewards for sales, along with ability to incentive higher sales goals.

    Personal Mentoring Overrides

    Incentivizing not only recruiting new Affiliates; but ensuring they are successful by rewarding for sales driven by the personally enrolled.

    Team Leadership Bonuses

    Providing a path for Sales Leaders to develop additional Sales Leaders, by providing incentives around title/rank promotion, overall company performance through a pool bonus and direct compensation for sales up to 5 levels deep.

    Personal Sales & Productivity

    Retail Profit Bonus

    Earnings paid to Affiliates & Reps based on sales made to their personal customers and pays out weekly. The exact amount paid is configurable at the inventory level and is generally the difference in price between “Wholesale” and “Retail”.

    Example: Rep #100 has made $250 in sales to Customers, and based on the configuration of the items – they are paid 10%; thus earning a $25.00 payout.*

    Personal Sales Bonus

    This bonus pays an additional bonus to sellers based on their total sales volume within a monthly period; motivating hitting higher sales thresholds. 

    Example: Rep #100 has 350 personal sales volume in the month; they will earn an additional 2% of the 350 Sales Volume – which would award $7.*

    Personal Mentoring Overrides

    Personally Enrolled Sales Bonus

    This bonus is designed to encourage sales leadership in order to drive results with an individual’s personally enrolled.  This bonus is based on the sales from their personally enrolled and can be configured to have different payouts based on the Career Title/Rank of an individual – enabling accelerated earnings as someone progresses.

    Personally Enrolled Override Bonus

    This bonus is designed to encourage collaborating with personally enrolled Affiliates & Reps in order to drive a higher sales volume within a monthly period by providing the ability to earn overrides based on hitting higher sales thresholds.  In order to be eligible, the Rep would need to be Active in the period.

    Example:  Rep #100 has enrolled a new Rep #101, and Rep #101 has personally sold 500 in a month, which would pay Rep #100 a $10 override.*

    Team Leadership Bonuses & Recognition

    Level Bonus for Mentoring New Members

    This bonus is designed to encourage sales leadership in order to drive sales results deeper within an individuals’ team by providing overrides based on how close a sale is to the individual.  This bonus is able to pay up to 5 levels deep and is based on the sales.  Additionally, this can be configured to have different payouts based on the Career Title/Rank of an individual – enabling accelerated earnings as someone progresses.

    Title Promotion Bonus

    This bonus provides an additional incentive to progress through the Career Titles/Ranks, where they are paid a one-time bonus when they first achieve one of the established leadership Ranks (Bronze, Silver and Gold).

    Revenue Share Bonus

    This bonus provides an additional incentive for higher level leadership, where they have the ability to earn a monthly revenue share based on overall company volume.  Eligibility for the Revenue Share Bonus is at Silver and Gold ranks, with the amount (e.g.: 1%) being able to be configured by the company.

    Career Title & Ranks

    Ranks enable a structured progression model where increases in Personal Sales, Downline Sales, or even Recruiting new Reps/Affiliates can drive higher ranks/titles – ultimately resulting in a higher earning opportunity.
