The Incentive Tracker is a powerful new feature in the Freedom Back Office, designed to make managing field incentives easier than ever.

With this tool, you can:

  • Name and describe your incentive event

  • Set start and end dates

  • Choose which behaviors earn points

  • Define multiple reward levels or prize tiers

Once an incentive is created, it’s instantly visible in the Rep Back Office, where each consultant can track their progress in real time. They’ll see:

  • A breakdown of where their points are coming from

  • Clear descriptions of the rewards they can earn

  • A team tracker to boost collaboration and momentum
