Support Types

While our emergency and standard support is available to all clients, we also have dedicated support as a new model for clients that require a little more one on one work with a named member of our team. Each support model is broken down below with examples of how you can leverage each. Generally, standard Support will start once you go live on our platform. However, in special cases you may continue working with your Implementation Specialist. Alternatively, you may begin working with Support prior to going live. Should you choose to leverage dedicated support, this could span throughout Implementation process and through the life of your time with us.
