Your Dedicated Account Services Representative is a named individual on our Account Services team that will be working closely with you on things like special projects, training, configuration, etc. This individual will have meetings scheduled with their dedicated clients on a basis/cadence decided upon by the team.
Dedicated Account Services time is paid for and the start of the month can be 5/10/15/25/40 hours per week and will be billed at the normal support rate of $145/hour.
- If you are expanding internationally, going through some organizational changes or anything in between, your dedicated Account Services representative will be there to assist you through it all.
- Have you maybe just hired a new member on your team and need some dedicated training with someone super knowledgeable on the system? Your dedicated Account Services representative can assist in making sure that they are all trained up and ready to use which ever part of the system they are assigned to.
- Your dedicated Account Services representative can assist in working UB ticket for you as well. There is an important caveat with this though – ALL ticket must be opened through the normal process. Once the ticket is open and you have a ticket number, you may reach out to your dedicated person and request that they handle the ticket for you.
- Keep in mind that while UB’s are generally not billable, leveraging your dedicated Account Services person to work on a UB ticket will go against the hours allocated on them for the month.
