Ziplingo is a 3rd-party integration provider that facilitates corporate-to-rep, corporate-to-customer, and rep-to-rep communications and notifications. This integration uses a combination of the ByDesignAPI and webhooks to deliver information to the Ziplingo system both on an as needed basis and as events occur for your Reps and Customers.
This integration facilitates information being provided to Ziplingo for their services. Once any existing data has been imported, WebHooks are used to keep that information up to date with new order, rep updates, and customer updates through the use webhooks. Ziplingo also makes use of a number of APIs to pull additional information as needed and to update certain rep information where applicable. Once configured, the integration requires little to no maintenance from Freedom.
